M.Ost MED DO
Andrew Horide graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010 where he obtained a Masters in Osteopathy (M.Ost MED DO). He uses a multitude of structural and functional techniques to treat each of his patients’ specific problems. Andrew is passionate about educating his patients regarding their injury. He will discuss aspects in their daily activity that may be contributing to their problem. This can range from desk set-up to different sleeping positions.
Andrew comes from a strong background in fitness and sports. This ‘inside knowledge’ helps him to treat many sports related injuries and professionals. He is also able to give nutritional and exercise advice. As someone who loves the gym environment and who has experience in this side of health, he can work with personal trainers, physiotherapists and bio-mechanics specialists. As an osteopath, he is keen to promote and push osteopathy forward in the public domain. He is actively interested in research and finding the best methods to treat his patients.
Andrew has a professional and kind manner. He is someone who very much enjoys his job. He has a hard working attitude, that he believes makes him more than competent in improving the health and well being of his patients.
